how can i add a random picture below every block ( not above )

what i need-exactly- add one picture at the right buttom block (the end of blocks )

i found the answer by my self
thanks god

it was that u must add a new argument and define it in both
theme.php and mainfile.php
not defination only
but u must attach the defination in the sideboxtheme()
and every data belongs to it
