From looking at your source code, it seems your hosting provider has thrown your site into a frameset which contains two cells, one for advertising, and one for your site.

I don't think there's a way to get rid of it without changing hosting providers. Nothing that you do to your site is going to have any effect on their page since your whole site is sitting inside their frame. You could try to put a framebuster on your pages, to break out of their frames and cause your page to load in the window, but that may be against the Terms and Conditions of your hosting agreement. I'd check before doing anything.

As for why it's not showing up in Internet Explorer, I'm not really sure, with just the quick glance that I had.

OK since I had a little extra time on my hands I did more digging.

To start off with your actual website address if I'm not mistaken is...

[ Register or login to view links on this board.]

IF you Klik the link above to go directly to your webpage the framed Ad does NOT appear in any browser that I know of.

The problem is the FREE DOMAIN NAME service you are using. Let me rephraze that...

The free "NO ADS" domain name service.

Sure, they do NOT put Ads "ON" your page unless you say its ok. They put them in a frame that just happens to share the same browser window as your webpage. They say you can go into your admin tools for the domain name service and choose from banner Ads , delay Ads, Framed Ads to NO ads whats so ever, BUT I went thru every freakin link in the admin tools and could not find the option to disable the framed Ads.

One way or another they are going to get their money out of you. Why they are using a visible frame to display that Ad as well as an invisible frame that has every link that pays them a penny to display it on a page for NN, Moz, FF and browsers of that type, yet using just the invisible frame in browsers that are liken to Ie (Opera and aol's Ie and such) is beyond me.

I agree with kelly on this one "FRAME BUSTER". It can not be against the agreement!!! After all its a free NO Ads service UNLESS you volentarily (did i spell that right, it has more then 4 letters in it so it was all guess work) agree to display Ads for them, even then at anytime you suppositely can change you mind and quit displaying banners or Ads for them.

If you are set on keeping that free NO Ads domain name service, then put a frame breaker on your page. Yes, once page is loaded and the frame is busted the browser's address bar will be displaying your webpages true address. If thats a problem then maybe just script the frame breaker to pop on NN like browsers then only (whats the count now-a-days??) only about 40% of the surfers will be presented with your webpage true address. lol

Other wise find a new NO Ads domain name service.
