[ Register or login to view links on this board. ] on the right hand side of my site there is a bloack called Browse with 4 links within the block, Im wanting to change each of these links hyperlinks, so they aim at the correct pages.

Ive been able to change the top 5 links under the logo/banner by going into my theme file and editing the links in the header.html file.

But I have been upable to locate where this blocks content is stored.

Can anyone help me out please???

hey im not great at this lol but wouldnt that be in the block file? addy/blocks/Block-Browse. i think you might be able to edit it thru admin blocks also

Those "links" are the categories you have set up in your store, along with the products you have in each category. In normal OsC, you change them in your store Admin.

Ive been in the admin section, into the Categories section and I cant see where I need to edit the 4 side links.

2 edit the top ones I go into the themes/header.html and just change the hyperluink.

Any other ideas on how I can change these??

I want to edit the following 5 links and change them to match up with the links that are already on my site.

I want to change the following links to the following hyperlinks.

MUSIC > [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]
GAMES > [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]
ELECTRONICS > [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]
CATALOG > [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

The first four links can be found on the left hand side of the site in the Browse block and the Catalog link can be found under neither the top rom links next to the top/ link.

If anyone can help me out please let me know as that would be great.

You said that the blocks name is Browse? Well, go into your blocks folder, then go into the Browse.php file. In there you should be able to find the specific URL's that you are wanting to change.

I dont have a browse.php file as I changed the name of the block to "Browse", or it might be in a different section as Im using osc2nuke.

Any other ideas..... Anyone???

That block is most likely to be called block-OSCCategories.php (not 100% sure), definately starts of with block-OSC**.php.
I looked at the files. The links cannot be edited in the file itself. I would tend to go with what Kelly_Hero said above (although she was talking about OSCommerce i think it works the same way for OSC2Nuke).
Anyways taking that you can't seem to find the place where you edit the links i would suggest turning this block off and making a simple block to display these 5 links, upload it, activate it and your sorted.

y ajust inactivate the block you cant edit and recreate 1 you can not sure about your version but at the bottom of my blocks admin menu i can just type in html code and it will create the block
