It seems every time I put in a avatar it doesn't work. I have it set at 150 X 150 and 8000 bytes. It is the same avatar I am useing here and for some reason it won't work. Any ideas.

Are you trying to upload it from your computer in the profile section in the forums? if so you will have to chmod the avatar directory to 777. Path>> modules,Forums,images,avatars.

Yes I tried to do it both ways. I tried to upload it and also tired to take it form the website but url. It just won't show up. I don't understand the 777.path. I am new to this. Sorry.

Go into your FTP program, navigate to the avatars folder, right click it, and place check marks in all open boxes...this will give the proper permissions needed to upload your avatars.

That didn't seem to do anything. I tried it but it didn't change it.
