Thanks icon_smile.gif Ive deleted the map and reload the one you gave me, I'm sorry but did'nt help. Apprently I've missed something, even though the other blocks works fine. I have no clue what it could be icon_cry.gif
I've even checked the databse again and what I can see it looks ok, even though I'm not an PH hacker icon_cool.gif

Have you a large member database? have you anything to lose by wiping out the database and the nuke directories and doing a fresh install?

Couse of the problem was the sql database. talked to the server provider, apprently I got the wrong info. about the typ of sql. it was mysql and not mysql4 as was said.
That's why the survey didn't work. Kinda odd since other blocks that "calls" for the sql database worked icon_question.gif
But the main thing its solved atm and if the problem pops up in the future I should look at the database typ first.
