A re-edited NukeTreasury1.1 module and donations block for British pounds (GBP).

Intro
-----
This mod will help you manage your organization's income and
expenditures. The Donatometer is a block you use to display
your current donation goal and what funds have been received
towards that goal. It also lists the Nuke users who have
contributed so far

The Treasury component is a Nuke admin panel where you can make
basic "check register"-like entries to record your income and
expenditures. You can also roll up your user contributions as an
entry in the register.

There is a donations module used to plead the necessity for
your users to donate. The module includes an embedded PayPal
form that will associate the donation with their Nuke username.

The fully functional Donatometer and donations module require the
use of PayPal's Instant Payment Notification, IPN. You will need
to configure this feature in your PayPal account in order for
these features to work correctly.

The admin panel contains a config button where you can fully
confiugure this mod. There are tool-tips for every option that
describe their use. Just hover your mouse over an option to see
the descriptions.

The Donatometer and Donations module only designed to look at
the current "month". The "swing-day" allows you to change the
end of the month to be the 6th day, for example. This is useful
to allow users to make last-minute donation and to display the
contributors for a few days after the month is over.

With thanks to Dave Lawrence (aka Thrash) and Telli for updating.

np m8.

I've managed to pick a lot good stuff from codezwiz, so it feels good to put something back. I still have lots of problems with reading code and spent hours hacking this, where the guys here would have breezed it in minutes lol.

I haven't installed this mod yet, but does it hold previous months in the database? If it doesn't, any chance of someone making this so.? Also, how would I get this module to e-mail the admin with payment info each time someone made a payment.

Nice to see someone has taken over updating this block/module.

At the very minimum, does this mod keep record of previous month's transactions in any way? Anyone?

All of the transactions will of course be available at paypal to view in detail.

You can in admin "auto reconcile" to view total amounts of payments to paypal. In config you can select the amount of auto-reconcile entries to view.

You'll have to ask the staff here about the previous months data.

P.s. Paypal will issue an email when ppl make payments to your account. As a matter of interest why have your nuke site doing this also?

As a clan, we have one person that has the PayPal account.
But we have a different person that is the treasurer. The treasurer does not have access to the PayPal account directly for security reasons.

The treasurer getting an email each time there is a payment is an added bonus but having previous months easily accessible for the treasurer is really important.

We use phpbb at the moment and have a script that notifies all five leaders by e-mail of a payment. But I've been working on a new nuke site for the last month that will go live at month's end. Another script compiles all payments into a type of database that allows us to go back on previous months. I was looking for something similar but in Nuke.
