Hi ya all......I know it has been a while since I have been in but things have been a little hectic in my life right now......but Helllllooooooooo all you fine people........so good to see you........now I have a question and I am hoping that with the vast membership we have and the knowledge that is out there that some one can help us......I am the Head Admin of the Crystal Palace League (Cases Ladder) Pyramids......and Angel of Camelot......who is also a member here is Head Admin of Camelot (Cases Ladder) Pyramids. We are having a problem with non-league members of Camelot and Palace posting in our Forums and it is causing all kinds of problems.....not only for us but for our Members......and the posts are of a very hateful nature........Is there someway we can make our forum private to only our Members? We need to be able to do something about it. Any help you can give us....or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.........Thanks ya all......you are all wonderful and I loves ya.

There is no way to stop anyone from posting however there might be a way to block their ip from even seeing the page.

Give me a few to look for that. I will get back to you Granny Rose...hope all is well with you. Haven't seen J in ages...he been hiding...lol

When we checked some IPs though it would end up blocking some of our other members. And I sure hope you see Jlaw.....I miss him tooooooo........Hey JLAW sweetie, how are you???????? Cases has recieved alot of feedback on this matter and i can tell u this, they will be fixing this feature once myleague plus comes out, as you know myleague plus is like a membership league, giving it a huge number of bonus features (we hope since it costs so god awesome much lol) they are also going to be releasing more features to non paying leagues, they havnt disclosed when there releasing myleague plus, sometime in october they estimate, and they havnt disclosed what features will be solely added to plus and which to both, but since this forum issure will not cost them money to maintain they will probably add it to both.

i believe the problem of banning a singular person and then anoteher person gets banned aswell is due to teh fact that some people still use a 56k modem and if they subscribe to the same internet service provider like aol for example and live in same region/state u may use the same dial up server which give u the same first block in the ip adress if u choose ban ip block or block a certain ip ur banning the internet service provider block instead of the sigular person. my league has been plaged by the 1 fool for ages nwo and he just changes his dial up location that he connects to and we ban that ip block and the next and the next its come to the point were were having to un ban certain blocks for people to register ... but o well this is just what ive been told .

Thanks to each of you for you wonderful suggestions and I agree it is very difficult to keep up with the blocking especially when a couple of the perps would find a way around it....and I truly feel that Cases should address this problem and make a Leagues Forum only available to Members of that League....because right now my league members can't even post in their own forum without being criticized or belittled by a couple of goof balls (and that's putting a mild name) to the perps....anyhow.....thanks again.....you people are great in my book and always will be....I have received so much help from you all and I appreciate every ounce of it. Again, thanks a million......and hey JLAW, glad to see you are still alive and kicking sweetie....we miss you and loves ya.
