I have noticed that my page doesn't fit in the browser correctly. when the browser is maximized, it look fine. but when it's minimized, the right blocks leave the screen, but don't fit inside the theme. is there a way i can set the page width or some other command that i am missing that will center the page or the blocks?

dependant on the theme your using, their should be within the theme.php file a line stating the actual theme width either in pixels or percent.
If its in percent and it shows 100%, then try changing that to say 800 and lose the percent sign.(removing the % sign makes it automatically use pixel width) Or set it to whatever resolution you are using. You may have to play around with it a bit to get it just right.
Some themes actually have a tables.php file in them, then the above would be listed in that instead.

Sometimes also it could be as simple as having an image or item in the center blocks section, news section, or even the message area that is too wide for the actual theme. Make sure you dont have any images for example over 500pixels wide. If so temporarily remove it or disable it and see if that fixes your problem.

I was just cking out your site. The problem is more than likely going to be that large banner you have about midway down on the site. Also your side blocks appear to be 200pixels wide, wich means to keep your site strait in lets say a 800x600 resolution mode, you wouldnt want anything in the center area to be wider than 525 pixels wide.
If you want to find out the exact size, try opening your blocks.php or blocks.html wichever your theme has and see how wide it has your side blocks as. Subtract that number from 800, then subtract another 50 as a buffer area, and that will give you the maximum size you can have any images, or tables in the center section of said theme.

Hope that gets it straitend out for you.

unfortunatly this info came to late. i am no longer supporting that site. but i have passed the info on to the current site admin. I will file this information away in my brain because i do plan on doing another site and i will most likely need it there. thanks for your time and info. it will come in very handy. i will work with the current admin and tell him what you said about the pics.
