its ok i fixed it.

Needed to change the code to the following in ipnppd.php



include("../config.inc.php");

I had the same problem, so what I did was deleted my database, well just all the tables, since that was the only thing in it, it didn't bother me to much. and I redid the SQL dump. Next since I wasn't 100% positive on the user name and password, I created a new user name and password and used that new name and password to connect to it. But I had the same exact errors as all of you. It's a combination between the 2, connection to your database is no good and what littledave mentions in the above post about the " include("../config.inc.php"); ". So make sure your database information is 100% correct and you did what littledave said.
