image/topic/announce

Well the code in most of the theme.php's were different so i copied the above over it and cheanged all your_theme's to the current theme i was working on. theres still no change its still pulling up images/topics/"pic"

And I put up the topics folder so its /theme/current_theme/images/topics

Maybe i missed something.............

Did i still need to put this in somewhere under weblinks/download index.php?

This is only for the topics the web links and downloads are different. Open the story_home.html and the story_page.html and make sure the topic image path is set like this :

In halloween story_home

img src="$t_image" border="0" Alt="$topictext" align="right" hspace="10" vspace="10">

and story_page

<img src="$t_image" border="0" Alt="$topictext" align="right" hspace="10" vspace="10">

However in the other themes it is showing

<img src="$tipath$topicimage" border="0" alt="$topictext" title="$topictext" align="right" hspace="10" vspace="10">

and still no closer to getting the topic imgs straight :p

Yea my theme is a little differant but mine works for what your doing. Why dont you post your story_home.html story_page.html and one theme.php in a zip file and upload it to the board I will change it and leave the notes in it where i changed it so you can do the rest.

Alright works and doesnt work....

Zonecopper works fine but the other themes are just pulling up the .com path for the image . I changed the:

ok thanks i had overlooked that theyre all working now.

Two more questions then im done with this matter

What steps would i take for the download/weblink images?

What about the charcoal2 theme? It has a theme.php and i edited that aswell as put in the topics directry but there is no story_home or story_page.html

The charcoal theme probaly has the story_home and story_page built into the theme look through the theme and see if you can find it. If not zip it up and attach it here.

The weblinks and downloads is easy just download the PHPNuke 6.9 from this site and take those two modules and upload them. The name of the image for the weblinks has changed so just rename for all your themes and drop em in your themes/YOUR_THEME/images folder.
