I cant add a block any more ....when i try to add everything going well but no block sow and no error :/

Upload this to your admin/modules/blocks.php replace the old and make a back up test it out and let me know how it goes.

You put that in admin/modules/ and your site is gone? That is only an admin file used in the admin page it doesnt have anything to do with your index which means you must have other problems. Can you leave a link to the site?

Now your not connecting to the database. Thats your config file make sure the configuration is the same and that you uploaded that file to admin/modules/ if it still doesnt work then replace it with your back up and we can try something else.

yea that wasnt the problem you arnt connecting to your database now. Can you ask your host if it is down?
