This is something that I lack in - creativity in design.

Is there a kind sole out there that can help me in making a banner for my [ Register or login to view links on this board.] ?

Either that or supply me with a sharp pencil and a pad of paper - I already have my tongue sticking out the side of my mouth for concentration.

Thanks for the quick reply, my tongue was getting a bit dry.

I prefer a black background, white font and animated (swf is nice but I couldn't even imagine how to incorp that into the site, I've had nothing but troubles with that) that will fade in and out. As for content pretty much anything that has to do with the site would be nice, along with some creative eye candy if possible.

Heck, while your at it can you build me an Arc as well? In all honesty I appreciate the help, they should start calling you guys here the "McGyvers of the internet"

Hey fox, im a huge fan of raven shield and have it here with me, there any information that you can give me on what your site has and what it can do for me as a player? i was looking through but could not make anything of it.

Well, the site generally revolves around the game server that we run pretty much as a hobby. Anything that is on or used on the server be they maps, missions, mods and tweaks you can find on the site.

This doesn't exclude help on mission editing, map building etc etc as there are a few of the guys that have done it all.

As the main theme of the site goes - Home of the Oldfarts, no we're not a clan, just some grumpy old men.

For the most part it's just a hobby site for some of us old time gamers. We can promise that the site will be up to date in ref to the games that we support with current patches etc etc. It might even have some current news.

Are ya bored yet? Are you still reading this? Heck, your good and patient, my son doesn't even listen to me past the first part.

Brilliant work. One of the Oldfarts laughed so hard that beer came out of his nose and his top teeth came flying out which probably means he likes it as well. (He doesn't talk much but he's pretty handy with a shotgun)

Well, I'm posting back for a bit of help.

Kelly_Hero - you had mentioned that if I needed help in something else that I could ask so here I am asking once again.

I would like the same banner however I would like a specific size (This has nothing to do with my site but for others) the size I'm looking for is 400px wide X 150px height but kept under 20kb in size. If this is possible and if you can accomplish it then I would appreciate it. If not then I'll go and pound salt
