 Yahoo Messenger

Hello Everyone,
I am looking for a script that I believe is Java.
I would like one to put in my site that will tell the site not to cache.
Does anybody know of such a script? exclaim.gif
I just simply want to go a step further in preventing people from stealing scripts pics etc that I dont feel they should take. I hope that this makes sense.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Tyvm,
Smurf

The only "stop caching" code I have seen is done with META tags and looks like this:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">

Maybe Telli or Kelly knows of a different method.

Nope. That is what I would recommend.

Just a side note:

What the code above does is tell the visitor's browser not to cache anything on your page (which you already know). This means that every time someone visits your page, the images, text, etc. will have to load all over again. You wouldn't want to do this on a page that's graphic heavy. Keep your graphics to a minimum and try to keep the filesize of your page as small as possible so your visitors won't be annoyed by having to wait a long time for the page to load every time.
