I need to get a block to refresh every "x" seconds PHP/NUKE
I have seen MANY posts from people looking for the same thing
but I have never seen a clear simple answer

I am trying to get our "Ventrilo" block to refresh every 30 seconds. This is our clan VOIP
server. It shows who is currently online. We need some way to get this to refresh

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I really do not have the ability to "Disect" existing code. What I need
is the exact code to add to an existing block to make it refresh
