Everyone is seeing it... why can't I?

I have just upgraded Flash Player 8, but the situation is still the same.. the play is not seen in the block... yet visible when I click OPEN REMOTE.

I keep pressing CTRL + F5 to clear the cookies... yet the image is not there for me icon_sad.gif

Now I know why I could not see it... I was using Firefox... when I used Internet Explorer, the image was there.
