Hey everyone, I need to find a script that's either for phpnuke 7.9 or as a standalone program that will allow users to submit information to a form. It needs to have the following capabilities:

1) be customizable somewhat easily. Allow text area entries, and also file submissions (multiple).
2) be able to send or display a page showing what was entered by the user back to the user after they finish filling out the form (this can be by email), and also get logged in the database or sent to an email address of the admin.

3) some fields need to be required, some can be optional.

4) the best case scenario has all of this easily set up without programming a template file by hand, but set up in a gui or admin area.

The few I've seen out there have issues with regular old text being in the fields (so you can't use _-"',; or stuff like that, but thats in the language of the questions i need to post for the people to fill out the form)

Does anyone know of any modules or programs that can do this? Cheap or free is best, but if required I can force through a purchase.
