Ok I will try to explain this as best I can.

I have multiple gallery directories for example

http://www.mysite.net/modules/Forums/images/avatars/gallery/cartoons/Kanzaman1.gif

http://www.mysite.net/modules/Forums/images/avatars/gallery/fantasy/001.gif

where that last directory changes depending on the gallery. Now I can see the avatars fine and select them fine from the forum profile, however if I try to change the avatar from nukes your_acount module it shows as there not being any avatars at all. Also the top poster block for the forum does not show the avatars it shows a link like this..

http://www.mysite.net/modules/Forums/images/avatars/Fiction/289.gif

it  should be

http://www.mysite.net/modules/Forums/images/avatars/gallery/Fiction/289.gif

then it would work my settings appear correct in the forum config panel so I am kind of stumped. btw the links have mysite.net intentionally so they wont take you anywhere.

Your nuke account and your forum account are separate. They do not use the same means of showing you your information. You probably have a mod for the forums? Avatar Control Panel?

nope no mods I have phpbb 2.0.10 and am just setting the avatar path their in the forum configuration panel. I dont see anywhere to set the avatar path in the nuke preferences window, so I was assuming it used the same path as the forum... If this is not the case please tell me where the phpnuke determines the path for the avatars and ill just throw the missing piece in there. btw im using nuke 7.3

Thanks again for replying

Here's what ya need to do:

In modules/Your_Account/index.php find the lines:

case "edituser":
edituser();
break;

and replace them with:

case "edituser":
Header("Refresh: 0; url=modules.php ? name=Forums&file=profile&mode=editprofile");
break;

NOTE: I HAD TO PUT A SPACE BEFORE AND AFTER THE ? IN THE SECOND CODE CASE BECAUSE THE FORUM WAS TRANSLATING IT TO A GOOGLE TAP EQUIVALENT. JUST DELETE THE SPACE BEFORE AND AFTER THE ? IN THE REPLACEMENT CODE.

Hope this helps!
Tom

You could always change the code to point to the GoogleTap version of the link:
Header("Refresh: 0; url=forum-editprofile.html");

See if that works better. Just remember, if you ever turn off GT, this link will not work.

Hi, I am having problems with the avatars in my Your_Account modulessimilar to those Fuzzylogic described above. I have several categories of avatars set up and working fine in the Forums. However in the YOur_Account module no avatars appeear in my gallary. I made the modification to the Your_Account/index.php CStingray suggested. When I made that change to the case "edituser" sectio avatars from the first category appeared, so it is though it went one level too deep into my avatar gallery. I'm not sure where to edit the path for the avatarcategories and I am not using any special in my forums. Running 7.4 patched 3.1. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
