I need to embed a swf file into a popup javascript from a block.

So far I have the gif displaying just fine but how do I get a swf file to link?

$content  .=  "&nbsp;<b><big>&middot;&nbsp;</big></b><a href=\"javascript:openpopup('http://www.eto-league.com/modules/Campaign/images/maps/ETO_Map.gif')\">Sea Lion</a><br>";


How would I get this centered in the popup to be displayed as clean as possible?
