Login/Logout Block Issues

I am having issues with my login/logout block. When I'm logged in and go to my home page, there is no logout section. I have to go to "My Account" to log out of the website. When I'm at the home page, all I see is the same login block with the verification code that I used to log in with earlier.

Is there a way to fix that?

I have added a mod that fixed this issue so please ignore this thread.
