the stratagen theme and I am trying to come up with a cool logo, but i lack the creative skills

. The name of my site is 4MiGente which translates to "4 My People."

It will mostly be a family and friends site with few outsiders to start, but if i expand i will keep the name. The theme willl continue to be a community of family and friends.

Can you help me with a cool graphic to match your awesome theme

I am flexible with the colors, size, dimesions. I would rather leave it to your discretion, but i would like it to match the theme. Something similiar to the codezwidz logo in size and dimensions and if it could have the animation that you have on your site logo, that would be real cool.

The animation you're talking about is the Flash "glint" effect. It seems to be very popular. And since that means you'll be needing a Flash logo, I'm going to pass this one off to my hubby, Red. I'm sure he'll have ya fixed up in a jiffy!!!

I've tried to upload it but it doesnt seem to work for me. I selected the .swf file as my logo in admin prefs, but it doesnt show. Am i doing something wrong?

Thanks again for my theme.

I opened up my header.html and changed the logo source to my .swf, isnt there something else i need to add? Some lines that call to download a shockwave player ? If so, where do i add it and what do i add?

Make sure the .swf file and the page calling it are in the same directory. If not, make sure you change the path so that the page can find the .swf file.
