My site seems fine and smooth after i install everything now when i try to post news article some weird words above my posted new like this>

What is the meaning of that i think all instruction regarding installation of phpnuke ive already follow.. pleace do help

Remove the quotes from around "LC_TIME" in those files/lines mentioned in your errors.

Where can i remove that . Can you please tell me the right way to fix it i am new in php nuke so it hard for me to understand ...can you explain to me step by step procedure ..thnks

Open the mainfile.php located in the root directory find line 565 or search for "LC_TIME" when you find it remove the " " from around the words LC_TIME. Make a backup of the original mainfile.php just in case.
