I can't get easy-mod installed. I get this error.

You don't have permission to access /admin/mods/easymod/easymod_install.php on this server.

I'm going by the steps @ [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

I see I need to set FTP access make sure you, as the owner, have write permission on ALL your phpBB files (744). I'm not sure what it's telling all phpBB files?

I set all files/folders in the admin/mods/easymod to 744 am I missing somthing?

make sure the files are installed in the appropriate directory and make sure you are logged in as an admin. It should work then.

I'm logged in as a admin and I ftp'ed the files into the directory as stated in the redme

erm.. then i don't know. sorry. i haven't used it so i wouldn't know what could be wrong.
