Update: Effective 4/30/2004, all custom image requests are done on a pay-per-image basis. If you are interested in having custom graphics made for your site, please contact us for a quote.

If you are looking for free graphics, please visit our template gallery to choose a template for your request.

The Graphics Team here at Codezwiz is willing to volunteer their time in creating special graphics to fulfill your requests, however, please help us out by being VERY SPECIFIC with what you are requesting. If you do not specify what you want, and the graphic made for you is not what you wanted, you will need to make a new topic to request alterations. Your request will be added to the end of the queue. Failure to read these guidelines and follow them when making your request will result in your request being ignored and/or possibly deleted from the forums.

Valuable time is taken when creating these graphics and the graphics you are presented with after the work is done is the FINAL outcome. All requests are marked Completed once the artist presents you with the graphic.

NOTE: Please be sure you know what you are asking for when you make your request.

If you request a Flash movie for your banner/logo/sig/av, please make sure that is what you want, and that you will be able to use it in your site or in the forums you post in. If you request a regular image or an animated .gif, please make sure that is what you want.

We will no longer "convert" flash movies to animated .gifs or create flash movies when regular images or animated .gifs were requested to start with, or if you find that you are unable to use what you requested.

Due to the overwhelming number of requests we have been receiving, the Codezwiz graphics team has decided to stick to making ONLY banners/logos and sigs/avs and possibly 88x31 buttons. If your request does not fit into one of these categories, you are welcome to post and perhaps someone from the community would be kind enough to do it for you. If not, you might want to visit our Downloads section and download Paint Shop Pro and give it a shot.

Please adhere to the 2 per month/30 days image request rule and give as much information as you can along with answers to these questions:

1. What colors do you want used?
2. What will your banner/logo say?
3. What height and width do you need the image to be?
4. Is there a limit on filesize?
5. What other graphics will need to be included?
6. Will the banner/logo be a regular image or animated?
7. If animated, will it be a Flash movie (.swf) or an Animated image (.gif)?
8. If animated, what will the image be doing? ex. jumping, rolling, etc
9. If possible, give a link to your site so that we can match the colors of your banner/logo to your site.

Anything else you can think of to help us get your request right the first time is greatly appreciated.

There seems to be some confusion when some people go to request either a banner or a logo. Here are examples to show the difference between the two.

The image above is a banner. The typical size for a banner is 468 x 60 pixels. Banners are used mainly for advertising on websites and can be either still images, animated gifs or Flash movies.

The image above is the typical size for a logo. Logos are primarily used in the header section of webpages to brand the website with the name of the company/organization or person owning the website. The width and height of a logo can vary, but normally run about 450-500 width x 150-200 height maximum.

Note: We do not create full-size headers. If the image you want goes across the full width of your website, it is a header, not a logo.

If you are using a PHP Nuke theme on your site, you will probably find a blank logo packed into the theme files. This is usually an image that matches the design of the theme but has no text on it. If you are making a request for a logo to match your theme, it's a big help if you provide the blank logo for us to use.

NEW!! All graphics created by the Codezwiz graphics team will now carry a small "CZ" in a corner or other inconspicuous area.

DO NOT REMOVE THE "CZ" MARK FROM YOUR GRAPHIC.
If you remove our mark from graphics we create for you, you will no longer be allowed to request images in this forum.
