can someone resize my avatar for me to width 400 pixels and height 300 pixels im going to use this image for something else....thanks in advance

You can't go up, you gotta go down.

What happens when you resize an image, is that the graphics editor takes the pixels and compresses them according to whatever algorithms that program uses. You lose quality, but it's not as noticeable because the pixels are smaller. It can't however, take those pixels and make them larger without losing alot of quality....and going from an image the size of your av to an image the size you're requesting, is going to look horrible!

It's always best to start large and resize smaller.

If it were a vector image, it'd be a different story. You can make vector images whatever size you want them, large or small without losing quality.

Thanks for the feed back Kelly....yeah I messed with this earlier and yeah the quality sucked....I have the orginal Image that I sent Red to edit for my avatar could it be left the same size and just edit the image ?(as far as the bg and the text)
