Is it possible or has anyone seen a scroller of some sort that can read top stories off other sites with the backend.php file? Ive seen one on a site but was custom made, and he never did release it to the public like was promised.. Its on this page on the bottom right side says global news?

I've got this one, Doesn't look very nice on a side block though LOL, I'll keep hunting for a small side block that does this action.. Thanks for the effort though.
