How do you have it so that the theme takes up the entire screen?

I think this is based in the header.html, if you set the table widths of the headers to 100% that should set the theme to fit the screen it is on.

I have all of them set to 100% but it still does not fit the screen.

looking at your page the full theme that you have on there now includes the actual grey border, i assume it is the grey border which you wish to remove? i have seen this type of border in the code somewhere but i am not sure where it must be removed from.

Look in the themes/YOUR_THEME/style/style.css near the top you have this

{   BACKGROUND-COLOR: #FFFFFF;
   COLOR: #000000;
   FONT-FAMILY: Verdana, Tahoma;
   FONT-SIZE: 11px;
   BORDER-STYLE: solid;
   BORDER-COLOR: #CCCCCC;
   BORDER-WIDTH: 2px;

Erase the

BORDER-WIDTH: 2px;

or just change it to

BORDER-WIDTH: 0px;
