ok I just tried to post my problem 2 seconds ago and my IE crashed....I had a really long post too...[expletive deleted] I'll try this again

ok I downloaded phpnuke 7.0 + all the fixes for & installed it. It's working now.

Then I download a couple of blocks from here and phpnuke.org and possibly nukecops or nukeresources & installed them, they are the following:
(1. CZUser-InfoV2
(2. block-lastseen
(3. block_Top_Points
(4. points_on_off
(5. Server_Info
(6. No_mail_YA_hack70

after installing all of them I noticed the admin image for #1 was not showing up so I came here and found Telli's post on how to correct that & edited the block accordingly.

After all was said & done I am having login problems which seem to be cookie related, & I'm deleting them till I'm blue in the face. I can log into the site via Admin.php (with the problems mentioned <^) but I cannot create a new account. The link (that allows you or takes you to the new user account setup) on the CZuser-InfoV2 and the link on the stock login block that ships with phpnuke 7.0 both take me to this screen

I don't know if one of those blocks is affecting the sites ability to create a new account or what is why I list them.

I would really like to get this issue resolved a.s.a.p due to this being a clansite that I am hosting for a friend. I will make available any requirered information that is needed to correct this issue.

nevermind I fixed it. It never fails I'll post my problem and its either something so simple I overlooked it at the time, or I fix it myself 10 to 20 minutes later.

except I don't think my top poster's block is working

No I think for some reason the top poster's block is not working even though I did exactley what the readme said to do.

Is it possible that this is a database error?
