how do i set the cash mod so it automatically gives a new user that signs up so many points?

as far as I know, that cash mod is only set for the forums unless Telli knows of another way

I guess you can try to create a new "rank" and give or give that rank the points or cash you want. I havent done it, so I cant be sure but you can certainly try it

You would have to add something to the Your_Account index.php in the functionactivateUser (Some have differant names).

Something like this:
