How did you get the version of the forums to show up in the statistics module? [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

I was able to get the line to show up that says phpBB Version. I edited the language file. What do you have to do to make the version number show up?

Telli, where do you add that code?

In the Statistics Folder find index.php You have to put it in there. If you read thru the file you will see where to put it.

You should see a line with the words "Do not Remove the following line!" in it. Right around there.

I added it but there are a couple of these ;; showing in front of the versions:

;;PHP-Nuke Version: 7.3
;;phpBB Version: 2.0.8

what do I remove to get rid of those?

*EDIT Fixed. I had to remove those in the code.

No problem.

Echo those where & n b s p ; but the Google tap parses it.
