Okay here is an odd one. All of the sudden some of the users on my site cant access the forums. It gives a website unavailable error. If i log out i can see the forums as a guest. or if i create new account i can see them.

Anyone every hear of a problem like this?

nope. I've even restored a backup of the nuke db from 2 weeks ago and still have the same problem. I've contacted my web service provider and they say that everything is running fine on their end.

I've checked the websites ban list, the forums ban list, nuke's ban list and they are all empty. I can access all other functions of nuke, and other parts of the db.

Talking to some of the users it looks like anyone that was already registered by Friday afternoon can no longer access just the forums.

*edit* This seems freekishly close to the same time my site went over a 100 registered users.

*edit again* I went into the db and changed my user id from 2 to 105 and now i can see the forums. Must be a bug.

When the problem started i had not added anything to Nuke, the forums or the website. After the problems started, i decided to upgrade to Nuke 7.1 from 7.0 but that didnt fix the problem. The only thing that seemed to fix it is change the user id to above 100.

I've adjusted the user_ids to above a hundred and can now view the forums. Unfortunately, i'm trying to restore all of the posts and cant seem to do it. I've restored nuke_bbtopics, nuke_bbposts, and nuke_bbpoststext.

Are there other tables i need to restore? I goto the forums and it says that there are no posts. I can post new topics and those work. dont know whats up?

btw thanks already for Taut and Telli trying to help, i appreciate it.
