Save this as fader.js

function high(which2){
theobject=which2
highlighting=setInterval("highlightit(theobject)",50)
}
function low(which2){
clearInterval(highlighting)
if (which2.style.MozOpacity)
which2.style.MozOpacity=0.3
else if (which2.filters)
which2.filters.alpha.opacity=30
}

function highlightit(cur2){
if (cur2.style.MozOpacity<1)
cur2.style.MozOpacity=parseFloat(cur2.style.MozOpacity)+0.1
else if (cur2.filters&&cur2.filters.alpha.opacity<100)
cur2.filters.alpha.opacity+=10
else if (window.highlighting)
clearInterval(highlighting)
}

Call it in your <HEAD>

<S CRIPT LANGUAGE="javas cript" SRC="../js/fader.js">
</S CRIPT>

Remove the spaces from the words script.

Then in your image tag add this:

<a href="blah.html"><img onmouseover=high(this) style="FILTER: alpha(opacity=30); moz-opacity: 0.3" onmouseout=low(this) src='blah.gif' border='0'></a>

Is there a way to apply it to all images such as on your homepage. I'm thinking you did not re-write every image tag out. Really I just want it to work within my site supporters block. Thx again

Telli,

Ok, I copied the block from e-clans to e-battles. It works fine on e-battles, but not on e-clans. I double checked that the CZfader.js file is the same on both sites and it is. They are hosted on different machines.. Any ideas?

$content  .=  "<a href=\"http://e-clans.com/\" target=\"_blank\"><img onmouseover=high(this) style=\"FILTER: alpha(opacity=30); moz-opacity: 0.3\" onmouseout=low(this) border=0 src=\"images/CZlinks/buttonec1.gif\" alt=\"Powered by e-clans\" width=88 height=31></a><BR><BR>";

Thanks

Bob

Where is the actual call to the fading.js? Do you have it in the includes/my_header.php?
