icon_cry.gif Mcafee AV 2004 deletes many of my VB scripts I write. It's a pain to remember to disable AV and save files to external storage. Is there a way to hide these files from my AV's detecting and deleting them? Mcafee will not help they say I'm writing Virus. Can anyone here help me 'cause I don't want to purchase another AV if I can help it.
Thanx for all help icon_biggrin.gif

I don't use McAfee...have you tried doing a search in google for the same issue you have?

also try, AVG AV...it's free and is supposedly very good.

icon_biggrin.gif Taut, thank you I searched until I found a similar issue. I tried AVG and several others already, but with no success. Seemed the problem was my style of coding with VB. The way I used declarations and logical operators with syntax made my script appear suspicious to AV software. I no longer have to disable my AV and save my VBS to floppy.
Thank You very much icon_biggrin.gif
