1: You told me how to make the admin name show up in the points top 25 but i delete the points to get cash and i hate cash so i swiched back i need to no how to make myself show up on there.

2: The top 5 users to post and points mod. How come the points on there are differnt from the top 25 points ? Can i reset it.

3 : Ok i installed your new lotto mod in perfect i turned it on in the forums admin area. How ever i do not see on my site where it is ? Can some one please tell me where i can find this page ? I no i installed it correctly with no problems. Mabi i left something out or i needed something else for it to work ? Please help me it shouldent be that hard of a answer thanks mike caldarelli !

Make your self an admin through the Admin Forums. If your user_id is 1 then set the sql to start at 1 currently it starts at 2 because user 1 is anonymous.


2 The top 5 users to post and points mod. How come the points on there are differnt from the top 25 points ? Can i reset it.

Sounds like your using 2 points system in there make sure you only have one.


3.
Did you edit the index_body.tpl and add the link to the Lottery?

Edit the sql ? Um what is the name of it and should i look for user_id2 ? I never edited one before. But ill give it a try i think there was a easyer thing you told me last time that i did and it was instant. But ill give it a try just post the name of it.


On what you posted i think you mean

modules/Forums/templates/*/overall_header.tpl . Ok that for 7.3 i dont have.

Just by pulling up that site i saw this:

{L_LOGIN_LOGOUT}


So what dont you see? And not only do you have to change it for the Forums/templates/*/overall_header.tpl but you also have to change it for every theme you want to see it in.

so look in the themes/YOUR_THEME/forums/overall_header.tpl too.

Open the modules/Forums/language/lang_english/lang_main.php and add this at the bottom just above the ?>

$lang['lottery'] = 'Lottery';


upload it and let me know if that fixes it.
