Hi all,

i'm a newbie in phpnuke but i want to learn it.

Last week i downloaded from here the theme paradise, it looks very nice.

My question is:
I look for a block in the middle of the homepage, where i can simply say hello user oder
member and i introduce my homepage shortly.
The text can wrote in html-code with an image, but it look in the paradise-structure. The headline is "WILLKOMMEN" in the header-form an the text "xxxxx" under the headline in a box normaly. In the miidle of the page you can find the news section, so is it ok.
The discribe is a little bit complicate.

Over the zdf-news is the block needed. At this time it look so.

I'm glad to give me another way. Perhaps with an iframe or so on?
And we could i make this in the middle of the page ???

thanks for your great job - the block works, but not so perfekt for me.

How to i get the headline, for instance "Willkommen" , in the first line (row)?
Look at on the left part of page f.i. "Administration" - the word is on the first line (row HEADER) - so is it ok. Where can i chance the code, so is it the $sitename on the first line (row - HEADER).

In the code above delete the <br /> from it. That should move it up.

is it not what i mean. The text "willkommen" or another text should be standing in the header (with grafic: header.jpg) On the left side is it so ok. Could it be, the table on the left is smaller than the middle part of side?
In the middle at the news- or topic-term is the the title of box in the header. There is it ok - so i want it.

Perhaps is the theme not so good for my ideal.

Ok, i want to write the headline into the first row (into the headergraphic) as the news or topics (paradise).

I think i must chance the blocks.htm under the theme-folder.
This file is a standard-html-type. Can i chance it?

Finally the blocks in the middle of my page should be as the right or left blocks.
