Ok Im sorry if some one posted a fix already .
With CZEnhanced if the quick reply hangs you'll need to fix the mod. Ive noticed that it has a little error in the : modules/Forums/viewtopic.php
<form action='../../../../CZEnhanced-7.0/html/modules/Forums/%22.append_sid(%22posting.$phpEx%22).%22' method='post' name='post' onsubmit='return checkForm(this)'>


to easially fix this just replace that line with

<form action='".append_sid("posting.$phpEx")."' method='post' name='post' onsubmit='return checkForm(this)'>


And if for some reason that dosnt work
Find the codeing between

//
// Quick Reply Mod
//
and
//
// END Quick Reply Mod
//

and replace with the attached file
