Ok, I feel stupid asking, cause I mean it gives you directions but anyone know how to configure this Horde Mail Block? I made e-mail account for certain members of my gaming squad and I want them to be able to check their mail from my site, since most of them don't use outlook express. Yet I am a bit confused because they ask for:

Now webmail.yourdomain.com I'm not sure I even have an address like that, but what the krap am I supposed to but for yourrealm? What the heck is your realm?
