I'm trying to add a "fair use" notice on the bottom of all of the new stories I make. Is there a way to program this to automatically be at the bottom of articles? Thanks in advance!

You could add into the News module.

Index.php you would need to add into the stories. Look in the file for things the morelink and stuff like that. Place it in there then test it if you don't like it remove it and try it somewhere else.
