wen i try to make buttons every one says that u go onto movie action > then goto> then type in the scence and everything but i cannot get too movie actions, i am on flash 5 and wen i right clik onto my button n select action all that cums up is object actions, hove i dun something wrong:signquestion:

when the action panel opens there are 2 pains, the left side is the actions menu and the right side is the action that has been selected.

In the left side the very first catagory is actions, klik it to open the sub catagories.

then klik movie controls
then goto

I'm srry I am thinking flashmx

I believe in flash 5 the first catagory is "basic actions"

then you should see goto

If I am still wrong you could IM on yahoo pager @ rob_u_of_pleasure and maybe with your help in refreshing my brain how flash 5 is setup up I could walk you through it

Or maybe someone that uses flash 5 will help seeing hows its been over a year since I have used it
