Hey Guys,

I want to upgrade to the PHP-Nuke-7.3 or 7.4 but I'm totally new to PHP-Nuke and dont exactly know how to do it. Also on the left side it has all the default links how can i add and take some of the links off aswell as adding stuff to the pages.? [ Register or login to view links on this board.]

To upgrade is fairly simple, but you have to know what version of nuke you are running to begin with. You can find this in the databse on the nuke_config table. The last field on that table is "Version_Num" and that will be the version of nuke yoiu have installed.

To add or remove links from the Navigation bar to the left, you need to go into your admin control panel and click on the "Modules" button. Simply go through the list and click "Activate" or "Deactivate" to Add or Remove links from the modules list.

dl the next version up. the upgrade files and instructions are inside the files. If your site or forums are heavily modded then make sure to edit the files manually. ALWAYS make a back-up of the files you are editing
