When anyone tries to use the webmail the following error occours

Error: -ERR Bad login

The admin mail seems to be working ok.
Seems some members are able to receive mail they simply can't send it because they get the above error message.
I don't have a clear understanding of the mail at all...I've seriously tried, I have even been getting the squirrel mail mailing list since last Nov...I just can't get it.

Also, in the settings area, I am very unsure of what the items mean there. Specifically the pop 3. Would that be the pop 3 that my server gave me?

Any direction or help would be appreciated.

I didnt see your particular issue so you may want to send the trouble ticket in to them.

Which settings area are you asking about? In the admincp>preferences?

Thanks will contact Squirell mail about that promptly.

I'm refering to the configuration in the Your Account Webmail area.

I have realized that all members can get their mail at the squirrel mail link that codezhost gave me, so that will work til I figure it all out. Thankfully!
I know I need to go over all the email stuff again. I want to do it soon but not sure if I can go over it before classes get rolling. Have to read this stuff at intervals cause sometimes my experience isn't enough to give me a clear understanding of what is being said...lol

The webmail is a MAJOR SECURITY RISK. Even the new and updated one. As far as I know those functions never worked correctly.

Thanks, I really don't want any risks I don't have to have!

I need to use it to send my newsletters, feedback and so on and was wondering...since members can log in to squirrel mail directly, is it possible to simply disable the module and have that the only mail option? or does this still pose a risk?
