Hi, could someone tell me if it is possible to have a block that would play .3gp & mp4 movies in a block? If would anyone be able to create this.

I run a site that offers free files for mobile phones and would like to display the movies thats on the site. it would randomly pick a file from a folder on the site and play that file.

If anyone would be able to create this I would apprieciate it alot.
