Hi!

I am trying to upgrade my nuke from v7.4 to v7.5.

I had read the Upgrade doc together with the package. Which indicates:

To Upgrade from previous PHP-Nuke versions just install
the new files and from your web browser launch after
copying the selected upgrade from "upgrades" directory
to your site's root (/) dir:

http://www.yourdomain.com/upgrade74-75.php

After copying upgrade73-75.php on phpnuke, I ran it and was successful.

PHP-Nuke Update finished!

Please note that if you had more than one administrator on your system, you need to reasing all of them to the right modules. This upgrade didn't make the change for you for practical reasons, anyway it should not take long time. Thanks for understanding and sorry for this inconvenient...

You should now delete this upgrade file from your server.

However I'am not sure if it was indeed successful since I haven't got v7.5 running.

My question is this, the upgrade text says:

1. I should "install the new files" --does it mean only upgrade74-75.php file? If not, how should I know which was the new files, since there are alot of them?

2. Are there any more files to install? Or running upgrade74-75.php was enough for the upgrade of phpnuke?

HOpe you can help me. I am a little confused since this was the first time I upgraded.

Upgrading to 7.5 is risky business, I've heard a lot of horror stories. I did a fresh install on one of my sites without a problem, but upgrading to this new nuke version is touchy. However here's a link for your question:
