We have a bunch of smilies for our forum and a few days ago all but about 15 of them stopped working. They are just boxes with red X's in them. I looked in the file manager and they are all still there under the forums/images/smiles/_vti_cnf folder. Any ideas as to why they no longer show up? Thanks.

ok they shouldnt be in that folder they should be in the

modules/Forums/images/smiles/

delete the vti_cnf its a un needed file that microsoft front page adds.

Then log into your admin page and go to the Forums link on the left tyou will see a link called smilies click that and add them again if needed.

I deleted the file and went into the admin page and the smilies. I fixed the ones that were in the smilies pak I think but the other special ones we got and uploaded to the site I dont see how I can add. When I try to add them from the admin page it asks me to choose the file that will represent that smiley and all I can choose from are the ones in the pak. And I tried to upload them again to the images/smiles folder and it didn't show up in the forum?

where can I find the smiley pak that codezwiz uses? I would also like to know exactley what I would need to allow for the smiley's link found on the scrolling forums v2 [on the main page of this site].

I think Codezwiz uses quite a few different smilie packs. You can some on the PHPBB website and i think that there's some links in the Web Links section for others. Watch out though when you're searching, some sites have them for display only, not for download and have copyright notices prohibiting you from copying them and using them on your site.

and the only thing ive found within nuke is the admin smiley list, are these one and the same? I have searched the forums and I dont believe there are any post about it, also I have searched the download and nothing similar is there.
