I was about 5 minutes away from launching my 7.3 site, when I found out I could not receive the registration e-mail if I used a Yahoo/Hotmail account. I use iPowerWeb for my host, and all other e-mail accounts seem to register fine. Is there a way around this? Or should I just post a warning about not using that type of account? Thanks.

Here's an update...I modified my feedback page to send a feedback e-mail to my yahoo account, and that worked. From searching other forums, it appears to be a problem with Yahoo/Hotmail/AOL not accepting the registration e-mail. I did a test Newsletter and was able to successfully send it to all the users (even Yahoo).

I changed the subject text of the registration e-mail, and still nothing. I can only guess that it has to do with the link that is included in the e-mail and those sites won't allow it.

yep, you guessed right. Seems the 3 major POP email companies are now considering NUke emails as spam so if you have members that use any of the free email services out there, just let them know to check their spam/bulk mail folders for the activation email
