i have a site clock and it showinw the right time how do i get my forums to show the right time and date it off by 1 day here how it looks

sept 18,2004 time 7:00pm


the forums showing this
sept 19 2004 time 12:00am

any one can help me with this i look in my cpanel for changeing
time and date to what it should be and cant find it and how do you change
it to right time and date

try and change it in admincp>forums>configuration to the correct time + or - GMT time
