I dont know if this is the right place to ask this question but I cant get an straight answer by searching. I have nuke 7.0 installed and want to upgrade the forums that came with it (ver 2.06) to a newer version of phpBB. Is BBtoNuke what Im looking for and if so which one should I use.

Hi, here's a link for the upgrades. When upgrading you have to do them in order...ie; 2.06>2.07-- 2.07>2.08...etc, some of the files will have like a 2.07a and then 2.07b, so make sure to run the upgrades in order. Backup all original files involved before editing and or overwriting.

ok but the first ugrade says you must have bbtonuke 2.06 installed. Is this installed in the nuke 7.0 package already? Thanks for your help

Sorry for the late reply, been very busy. While in your forums, click on the forums name in the bottom right...it's the copyright. It will tell you which forum version you're running.

7.0 comes with phpbb 2.0.6

Ok i upgraded all the way to 2.10 but now when I try to go to the admin page it says I am not authorized to administer this board. ANy ideas?

yes. also when I try to run modules.php?name=Forums&file=update_to_210.php it says no such file exists but i see it there

Are you logged in as both admin AND user? Also make sure that in the forums admin section under: User Admin > Management select your name and at the very bottom make sure where it says: Rank Title, that you're set to : Admin.

I cant get to the admin section. Thats when it says Im not authorized when Im in my nuke admin menu. My forum shows me logged in but not as admin

Well that is strange, so what version does the copyright say? did you try to re-upload that upgrade file and try again?
