Hi wondered if someone could help me.
Ive assigned forum admin status to someone who wishes to create/delete/general moderation etc of our forums (i did this by going into the forum admin and changing his user level from user to administrator then making him moderator of all nessersary boards) , now the problem i have is this:

how would this guy login to gain access to the forum admin?

i know this issue is probably really simple - but i am a forum noob (btw we have a phpnuke forum)

If you've assigned him admin status in the forum admin control panel then he just simply logs in...he will be admin for the forums. Now if your talking about him having access to the forums admin control panel (where you configure the forums) then he will need to be made an admin (Super User) in your Nuke admin control panel, once created you can define what he admins. They would then login through the [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] page. Just be sure to configure the added admin through your Nuke srcurity if you have such, or they will no doubt be banned.

Yes i wanted him to have access to the configuration control panel - but im having a problem with that area also

when i go to edit admins & fill in all the nessersary fields Name,Nickname,Email,Permissions and password i click add author and all i get is a blank white page displayed? (for me to get back to mt admin.php - or site in general, i have to click my browsers back button)

any ideas - am i doing something wrong?
or is something not right somewhere within the config of the site?

Sorry for the delay in responding here, have you fixed this issue yet? The "blank white page" appears to be a nasty not so easy to track down Nuke bug. There are several things to check and analyze...Try searching for "Admin loop" "blank pages" etc. here at CZ and over at [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]
There are so many varibles in this bug it may take some time to track down, good luck and wish I had an easy, fast fix for you.
