can anyone or does anyone know of a place that i can upload music to four three or link some music off of as my file manager is a free one & i cannot upload a big music file any help would be appreciated.

i have a picture off the bbc's weather website of the weather & i was wondering if i can link this to my webiste or should i email them & ask if i can use this or is there a site where i can downlaod a link.
i'm not trying to be a cheap skate (1 - i'm disabled, 2 - i don't receive a lot of money being disabled & 3 - it keeps me active doing my website).

have you tried gameroom.com or 250megs.com. So far that's th eonly one I know but there could be hundreds of them ot there...

Are you trying to use an image from their website to link to their site from yours? If that's the case, you should definitely email them and ask permission to use their image. Then, if they grant you permission, you should save the image to your computer and then upload it to your own web host.

I tried looking on BBC America's site to see if they have a linking policy or not. Sometimes companies have certain images they want you to use on your site for linking to them. I couldn't find anything. If you leave me a link to the website you're trying to link to, I'll take a look around and see if they have such a policy.

I didn't see anything in their terms and conditions requiring a specific image for linking to their website. It looks to me as long as you're not using the image for commercial purposes, then you're ok. You don't need to get prior written permission. Just make sure to copy the image to your own webhost so that you're not hotlinking to their site and using their bandwidth.
