Folks,

On this board, the forum display is way too wide. It takes up the entire screen (1600x1200) to view everything on the display. The forums aren't autosizing to fit the window, and at the default, I can't print anything.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? I've look in the account settings but haven't found anything.

Thanx,

Curtis

Codezwiz forum message display. I've only seen the problem on this board/forum.

I'm running IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422.1632 if that makes a difference.

SP2 is problematic to say the least, you're the first person I've seen posting this information. Codezwiz forums are fine on my end. Do all the themes do this that you select in your Your Account> Select Theme?

The only themes in my account here on Codezwiz in which the message display window auto resizes according to the window width are "Purity" & "M-Studio". All the rest are fixed width & are very wide.

I don't think it's a SP2 issue. I think it's an IE 6 issue. I use IE6 on Win XP SP1 and I get the same thing. I don't get it in Mozilla Firefox.

Most of CZ themes are designed for 800 x 600 resolution and expand to fill the screen at higher resolutions. If you look at the source code of the forums, you'll see all of the table widths are relative instead of fixed width. Also, it only occurs on viewtopic, not other pages of the forums. I have a sneaky suspicion that it has something to do with the postoverflow class. Probably just another thing IE 6 isn't compatible with. icon_rolleyes.gif

Thats strange I'm using almost the same setup and have no issues with the Forums. I do have some special code in there to stop overflow but compatibility wise it works fine.
