I've always been a fan of the points mod. It's a bit easier to mess with. Plus there are a ton of add-ons in CodezWiz Download section for the points mod. Check it out.

hmm iv loaded one before and in my admin menu it wasent there so i dicided to delete you think this one will have it on the admin menu?

The points mod has always been what i used.

-> Easier to install
-> Easier to use & configure
-> More mods compatable with it

For conifguring it, with PHP-Nuke you will have to use the 'Goto Administration' link at the bottom of your forums module. In that you will see Points Configuration in the User Administration section.
